Promises in Death - J. D. Robb Real Rating: 3.5This Promises In Death, was actually better than the previous ones. It was a sad book though because this time, Eve is trying to find a cop killer who is also the killer of Ammarillia - Morris's lady. It's sad because this time around death hits home - makes it harder. (like it's written in the pages of this book). It's harder still because Morris deserved to be happy and seeing him suffering this way just breaks my heart. Nonetheless this books was also fun with the Louise's bridal shower. Eve had the time of her life (or not) but still it was pretty fun to see her with all those chicks. Let's see what the next book, Kindred In Death, brings me.
